I'm Steve. I design, build and maintain the processes that turn large retail datasets into dependable delivery: SQL infrastructure, stored procedures, SSIS workflows and the tools around them.

At Circana, I lead a small technical team responsible for Marketplace production. I stay hands-on in the development and investigation, while taking responsibility for the wider operating environment.

I use AI-assisted development to build internal applications, reporting and investigation tools around real data problems. My engineering experience shapes the logic, the workflow and the questions the tool needs to answer.

That work includes a retailer restatement comparison tool, recognised with an internal AI Accelerator award, and seven meeting skills developed for an early Claude pilot.
